The Latest In MULTI-needle Design Technology

 

Equipped with 16 needles and 68 needle spacing. An infinite variety of needle configurations are available. Changeover- over is quick, and additional needles can easily be added. Standard features on both machines also include infinitely variable stitch length from 2.5 SPI to 10 SPI, a pneumatically controlled presser bar and feed lift system, and pneumatically controlled rotary knife to cut thread, tape and even material at 6,000 RPM. Needle & looper thread break detection automatically stops the machine if a thread break occurs. The basic looper: and needle system is the one used throughout the industry for over thirty years. The walking foot has been replaced by a feed system that gives 100% positive material control at all times at speed: up to 1,400 SPM. The auxiliary puller  keeps constant tension on the chain assuring that skip stitches are virtually eliminated.
