The Mk6 offers a range of attachments which can be easily incorporated onto the machine.

New Development:- Electrical variable height machine for different size of operators.

QUALITY AND ACCURACY : A comprehensive control system including a digital dual temperature airflow, speed and roller pressure are easily set. The Mk6 will not operate until the desired temperature is reached, ensuring the machine always operates at a constant set temperature +/- 1 Degrees.

ATTACHMENTS: Automatic scissors are fitted to the machine as standard. The tape is cut at the end of the seam by means of an auxiliary foot pedal.

DUAL KNEE PRESS: The incorporation of this additional unit allows the operator to decrease speed during sealing at cross-over points and difficult handling areas. 

 RETRO REFLECTIVE CONVERSION KIT: This special conversion kit can be attached to the machine for the purpose of welding 50mm retro reflective tape on to PVC and transfer coated fabrics eliminating stitching.

 HORIZONTAL HEATER ASSEMBLY: For welding the PVC and transfer coated polyurethanes.

CUSTOM MADE GUIDES: Special guides can be attached to the machine to enable the welding of hemming, overlap and tube seams.

SLIM QUILL: This attachment enables the operator to seal tight curves on shoes and gloves with ease.

CYLINDER ARM: Used for the sealing of cuffs and circular seams.

SEAM SEALING TAPES: Ardmel offers a large selection of seam sealing tapes for all applications. Our technical services department offers a free testing service which gives our recommendations on tape and guidance on correct settings for the machine.
